[lang_eng]Slowrun started as a one man’s project somewhere in 2010. In 2012 the project became a mission of two to paint atmospheric scenery with strong melancholy, joy and clarity – Reflecting the stillness of mind, rage of heart and yearning of soul.

Debut conceptual work by Italian band Whales And Aurora represents classical post metal. If you can imagine a mixture of melodic passages typical for ISIS, powerful guitar riffs in the vein of early Pelican and energetic vocals of Cult of Luna, you know what can be found at «The Shipwreck». Despite this fact, the music features some originality creating emotional landscapes in all seven tracks of the new album. The album is recorded at Raptor Studio and produced by Matteo “Ciube” Tabacco and Chris Dowhan from Planet Red Studios who also worked with Giant, Spitfire, Night Like These and The Black Dahlia Murder.

While the tracklist will not yet be revealed, Grown Below confirmed the title of the album. The album is going to be called The Other Sight. It will be a full album (5-6 songs) and thematically it will continue the path where The Long Now ended. The album will revolve around the urge of fulfilment of the individual, which leads to chaos and self-desintegration. Recordings are planned for 2012, release is planned for late 2012 / early 2013.[/lang_eng][lang_rus]Grown Below работает над новым альбом продолжая традиции The Long Now(2011). It is a concept album that brings the listener, step by step, to a negative status of consciousness; a desperate, black and white vision which arrives to an apathetic acceptation of things as they are. Passing by different chapters and different emotional landscapes, the bad journey described by W&A is composed by 7 tracks. Whales and Aurora’s project was born at the beginning of 2008 as a 3-piece band, with former members of LaPeste.
